OUR HISTORY
UKCBC Created
UKCBC was established in 2001 and offered Higher National Diplomas, Postgraduate Diplomas and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants courses from their Wentworth House campus in Gants Hill, East London. From 2007, UKCBC began offering academic courses from the Association of Business Executives (ABE), the Association of Business Practitioners (ABP), Edexcel, and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) from the Wentworth House campus. This campus is still the main hub of operations for many of the college’s departments.

The College Expands
Following two years of growth, UKCBC expanded further opening another campus in the Gants Hill area (Lords House) in 2009. The Pearson Edexcel courses continued to be delivered from these campuses.
The 2012/2013 academic year was another auspicious period for UKCBC, as the College opened two new campuses covering west and north-west London (Park Royal and Cricklewood respectively). 2012 saw the College receiving course designation for BTEC qualifications; students were able to receive loans via the Student Loans Company to cover tuition and maintenance costs from this academic year. UKCBC also offered its first AAT courses in 2013, following accreditation from the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Partnerships Formed
Thanks to a partnership with Redbridge College (now known as New City College) in the 2013/2014 academic year, UKCBC were able to offer more students their higher education programmes. This partnership extended in 2015 to include delivery of the Pearson BTEC Level 5 courses whilst maintaining the course designation.
New Courses and Campuses
UKCBC’s expansion moved into central London in 2016. The College expanded their reach by opening two new campuses, one in Holborn, and the English language branch of UKCBC (called the UK College of English (UKCE)) in Oxford Circus. Both campuses had their official inauguration in 2017 with the Holborn campus inauguration being hosted by Deputy Mayor of London Rajesh Agrawal.
In July 2017 UKCBC announced their official academic partnership with Bath Spa University. The College now offers top-up honours degree programmes from their Holborn campus, beginning September 2017.
