UKCBC Dubai – The happiest place to study this Sept’20 – Part 2
UKCBC Dubai – The happiest place to study this Sept’20
Welcome to the second part of our ‘Happiest place to study this Sept’20’ series where you will discover why UKCBC Dubai is the perfect place to study this Fall. Following the first part, let me guide you to the many features planned by the Dubai campus to ensure our new and progressing students have an exceptional studying experience in these extraordinary times.
It goes without saying that the health and safety of everyone on campus is paramount. We have turned our modern campus into a SAFE campus. With temperature checkpoints, daily sanitization practices and strict distancing protocols, students and parents can rest assured that their health is our utmost concern so that they can concentrate on their academic goals in a controlled environment.
The support staff and faculty will ensure everyone adheres to these safety protocols in order to keep our UKCBC community safe.
Being a vocational education provider, there is a strong emphasis on practical, skills-based learning at UKCBC and it is one of the things our students have missed the most during this pandemic. Therefore, we will introduce a blended learning model so that students can gain value in their practical education with face-to-face on-campus classes.
This model mainly breaks down weekly classes for students in online and on-campus mode. Each student will be given a well-structured timetable of their respective classes ensuring they get the vocational training they need to be work ready for the future.
This model also helps us to manage the number of students on campus at a time and minimize crowded areas thus maintaining a safer learning environment on campus.
Scholarships and discounts
The pandemic has had adverse effects on the national and international economy. Job losses, salary cuts and low business have resulted in a dire financial climate. We acknowledge the serious financial pressure parents face during this time and have introduced various scholarships and discounts to ease the financial strain.
Students can qualify for more than ten different scholarships and discounts this summer. Our schemes like the USave Summer Discount, Community Heroes Discount and Community scholarships have been extremely helpful in fulfilling parents’ need for an affordable high-quality British education.

It not all about studies and assignments. Students need social engagement and enrichment activities to unwind and de-stress. From industry speaker sessions, study tours, sports and fun getaways, UKCBC students will get to experience a lively college environment that balances leisure and academics.
Students will also be able to stay connected with fellow classmates and faculty through UKCBC’s very own social app, UKCBC Connect. Greater student connectivity helps students be more organized and tuned in to the latest campus happenings and events.
Students also get to enjoy free giveaways and coupons during the Induction Week this September. From eateries to leisure points, they will get to enjoy exclusive discounts and prizes just by being a part of the UKCBC family.
The UKCBC campus itself is a very happy place. Foosball tourneys, students chilling at the lounge, gaming contests, interactive video shoots with the marketing team – there’s always something going on at the UKCBC Dubai Campus!
It may take a while to get back to pre-pandemic normal, but regardless of what the future has in store for us, UKCBC will be the happiest place to study this Sept’20
