• “UK College of Business & Computing LTD” maintains the ukcbc.ac.ae website (“Site”).
• “UK College of Business & Computing LTD, Dubai Campus” is a subsidiary of “UK College of Business and Computing London”and United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. The governing law is the local law of U.A.E. and all disputes arising inconnection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE. 
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  
  
  

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION 

Once the payment is made, the payment confirmation mail  will be sent to the customer via email to the registered mail address within 1 working day of receipt of payment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Customer can cancel their order as per UKCBC Refund Policy (here); refunds will be made in accordance with the UKCBC Refund Policy.

Please mail refund@ukcbc.ac.ae to initiate any refund requests. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

REFUND POLICY 

All refunds are processed based on the UKCBC Refund Policy (here).

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment / As per UKCBC Refund Policy (here).
